Vote to be held at June 8, 2016 AGM



  • Fiscal Year to be changed to September 1st to August 31st

  • Annual membership to coincide with new fiscal year

  • AGM to be held annually, preferably in June

  • Meetings to be held quarterly, or more often as deemed necessary by the  Executive

  • Nominations for Executive positions shall be requested at the same time as notice for the AGM, as well as on the floor of AGM; delete requirement for a Nominating Committee; nominees must be members in good standing, i.e. paid membership prior to the AGM.

  • To be updated to include the vote taken last year that an Audit is not required
